Description
Sisig is a delicacy of the people in Pampanga, Philippines. It is made from the sliced head part of a pig and chicken liver. Added to its delicious taste are calamansi (Pinoy lemon), onion and chili peppers. Sprinkle a pack of Nora Capampangan Sisig Citrus-Pepper Spice Mix and you will have a great tasting Sisig. Even though the main ingredients of sisig are pork jowls, ears, and liver, some are making it with tofu.
