Our Godinez316 Premium Chorizo de Bilbao is a semi-cured chorizo and a staple of Filipino/Spanish cuisine manufactured with only the highest quality ingredients. It is free of fillers, additives and it has no MSG. It is an air-dried sausage named after the Basque city in Spain and is one of the most popular cooking Spanish-style chorizos.
Our Premium Chorizo de Bilbao was created with the Filipino palate in mind although it has a very international appealing chorizo flavor. We use lean meats of pork combined with garlic, paprika, salt and other spices.
It is a wonderful addition to many dishes such as , paella, callos, mechado, fried rice, pancit guisado, cocido, fabada and many more. It can also be served as a sliced and lightly grilled snack for canapes and hors d’ oeuvres.
